Sue “Coach” Koch is an experienced Career and Life Design Coach. She
has coached hundreds of individuals and business leaders in ways to
create richly satisfying careers and personal lives.Her background includes a successful and rewarding career in project
and training management. Corporate Rats Coaching and Consulting was
created out of her personal journey through a mid-life career
transition. Her personal experience, combined with an extensive coaching
background, gives her an in-depth insight into how her clients can face
any career or life transition with curiosity, courage, and confidence.

Sue believes that when her clients clearly identify their purposes and passions, they naturally and easily begin creating livelihoods rather than having “jobs”. They develop a greater sense of aliveness by involving their minds, natural creativity, hearts and spirits in the process.

Intensive and ongoing training with JTS Advisors, a coaching organization, provides her with a wide variety of expertise in the principles of coaching. As a participant and assistant at Landmark Education, she coaches individuals and other coaches in developing high-level leadership skills and performance. Through training, solid experience, curiosity, and a genuine love for people, Sue has developed a compassionate and fun-loving approach to coaching.
