So, how do you find clarity in the midst of chaos? You begin.

Beginning requires separating what you can take with you going forward from what you must leave behind. This course is designed to help you do that and lay the groundwork for your new beginning.

Beginning is the Hardest Part

But as Plato said, “The beginning is the most important part of the work.” We want the answer to how it’s all going to turn out. Unfortunately, life doesn’t give us answers. But action does.

In four weeks, you have access to actions you can take, starting now, to lay the groundwork for your Sexy Second Act.

Week 1) Clearing the Path
You can’t create a new beginning until you clear the field of debris from the past to make way for a future of your own design. This includes examining your beliefs, ways of thinking, and attitudes. You’ll leave this session with a better idea of what needs to be let go of, recycled in a new way, or created to serve the future that you are inspired to live into.

Week 2) The State Between Two Lives
You’ll examine your relationship to the state between the death of the life you knew and the life that is yet to be created. You’ll learn to appreciate this state as your creative place where anything is possible.

Week 3) Opening the Gateway to Beginner’s Mind
In this session, you’ll begin to experiment with what you discover so that you can home in specifically on who you want to become and what you want to create for your Sexy Second Act.

Week 4) Creating the Future from Inspired Action
You will leave this session inspired with specific actions that you design as you continue the journey toward a future that fits the way the world is evolving.
